At Sarros Plumbing, not only are we confident you’re receiving top-quality plumbing work along with 5-star service, we’re also confident our pricing is the best in Perth!

We promise to beat an eligible written quote^ by 5%, capped to a maximum price beat of $200.

^Terms and Conditions

An eligible written quotation must be submitted to Sarros Plumbing and must:

1. Be from a competitor’s onsite visit and be for the same work:

The competitor’s written quote needs to have been created onsite after a visual, in-person inspection by a WA licensed plumber and not done remotely, such as via the internet or by phone.

The written quote must match the scope of work exactly. Any deviations, including differences in parts, brands, or specifications, must be pre-approved by Sarros Plumbing.

The written quotation must include the same parts (brand, unit, and SKU) and they must be readily available. Parts must be brand new, factory-sealed, and not discounted through sales, clearances, or trade, contract, or commercial pricing.

Sarros Plumbing reserves the right to decide if similar parts or parts without a specified branding are deemed to be substantially similar in quality, purpose, and nature.

2. Comply with plumbing safety and licensing standards

We always put safety and compliance first and won’t beat a quote that cuts corners or fails to address compliance issues down the line!

3. Be current; from the last 30 days

The onsite written quotation needs to have been completed within the last 30 days from the day Sarros Plumbing evaluates its eligibility.

4. Be from an eligible, major competitor.

The competitor must be a major, Perth-based, and fully licensed plumbing company with a physical office and a team of at least five licensed electricians that are currently actively working. Quotes from sole traders are generally not eligible.

5. You must submit your written quotation

You must submit your written quotation to a Sarros Plumbing employee or by email with reference to your Sarros Plumbing quotation if one has been provided.

Sarros Plumbing reserves the right to determine which quotations are from eligible competitors and whether the above conditions are satisfactorily met.

Our assessment is based on transparency, fairness, and alignment with current industry standards. If your competitor’s quote is ineligible, we will notify you and provide clear reasons for the decision.

A note on appliance supply and installation

Our appliance supply and installation service also falls under this best price guarantee but with the following differences:

We’ll beat the installation cost of any eligible written quotation by 5% as per the above terms and conditions if both these conditions are met:

1. The competitor’s quoted installation cost is lower than our quoted installation cost and
2. The total cost of the product plus installation is lower than our supply and install cost. This excludes appliances discounted through sales, being seconds or factory seconds, clearances, trade, contract, or commercial pricing.

The cost of the appliance is not part of our best price guarantee and thus will not be discounted by 5% as part of the best price guarantee.
